【摘要】 应用经直肠三维和二维腔内超声对900例前列腺增生患者进行经直肠检查，可清晰观察到前列腺的内部结构以及各径线、内腺区变化，结果表明前列腺增生患者内外腺比例失调，内腺明显增生，外腺受压，内腺区出现一个或多个增生结节，对前列腺增生的诊断具有重要的意义，并以此对前列腺增生的诊断标准进行初步探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 From october 1992 to October 1996, 900 cases of BPH were examined by transrectal sonography. This method is capable to demonstrate the internal structure of the prostate clearly, and BPH nodules could be seen in the inner gland.
