【Abstract】 Thirty-two patients with insulinoma confirmed by operation and pathology were involved in this study.DSA, CT and Ultrasound scanning were used for preoperative diagnosis. The localization sensitivities of the three methods were 73. 7 %, 58. 3% and 66. 7 % respectively. The ultrasonic imaging of insulinomas and the way to promote ultrasonic localization sensitivity were described and discussed.更多还原
