【摘要】 副乳腺是一种先天性发育异常，临床上并不少见，然而目前副乳腺的影像学诊断报道并不多见。本文报道了经手术病理证实的40例副乳腺超声图像特点，及副乳腺组织与腋窝淋巴结和脂肪瘤在超声图像鉴别诊断要点，阐明在怀疑乳腺癌病例，正确区分副乳腺和肿大淋巴结可避免不必要的外科手术。更多还原
