【摘要】 40例布-加氏综合征患者于超声引导下行下肢静脉内支架成形术后1周，应用二维灰阶超声和彩色多普勒血流显像（CDFI），对下腔静脉内支架的空间形态与血流状况进行了研究。“Z”型金属内支架在超声下纵切面呈线条状强回声伴宽“慧星尾征”，50％呈直管状，20％呈喇叭状，30％细腰状；横切面47.5％呈圆形，52．5％呈椭圆形。支架最小横断面的平均长、短径分别为1．8±0．22cm、1．5±0．6cm，长短径之差平均为0.3±0.12cm。平均下胜静脉峰值流速为0.48±0.14m／s。下腔静脉峰值流速与支架短径呈显著正相关（r＝0．4683，p<0.01），与长短径之差呈显著负相关（r＝0．3130，p<0.05），而与支架长径间不具显著相关性。支架内和其远端下胜静脉内血流的CDFI显像和多普勒频谱不完全一致。提示下腔静脉内支架成形术后的超卢检查应全面观察支架立体形态，支架内血流显像不佳时，应结合其远端下腔静脉内血流状况来判断。超声检查可作为下腔静脉内支架成形术后首选的随访检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Forty patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome in which intraluminal stent implantati0n of in ferior vena cava(IVC) had been carried out were studied with B-mode and CDFI ultrasound, and their spacial shapes and blood flow condi-tions were mainly discnssed in this paper. The Z-type metallic stent could be showed in hyperechoic multi-bar image witha wide "coinetic sign". The longitudinal views showed as shapes of pipe (50% ), trumpet (20% ) and waist (30% ), andthe transverse views as shapes of circle (47. 5 % ) and ellipse (52.5 % ). The average major axis, minor axis and the disparityof the major and minor axes of the minimum transverse views of the stents were 1. 8±0. 22cm, 1. 5± 0. 6cm, 0. 3±0. 12cmrespectively, and the average ma jor and minor axes were different obviously. The coefficients of this three axes with peakveloclties of IVC (mean 0. 48±0. 14m/s) were -0. 1348 (p>0. 05), 0. 4683 (p<0.01 ), - 0. 3130 (p<0. 05) respectively.There wre some differences in CDFI and Doppler analysis between the stent segments and their adjacent portions. This sug-gested that the stent spacial shapes must be noted during follow-up,and if the blood flow of stent can’t be observed satisfac-torily, the flow conditions of thier adjacent portions of IVC should be investigated whether any problem present.更多还原
