半月板损伤的实时超声评价

【摘要】 本文选择了临床拟诊半月板损伤并做膝关节镜手术的52例(53个半月板)住院患者。术前用超声检查半月板,其中用EUB-40凸阵探头13例,Aloka-650端扫式体腔探头40例。本组做膝关节造影38例,MRI7例。结果表明半月板损伤的超声诊断用Aloka-650准确性优于EUB-40,为82.5%;膝关节造影准确性仅为55.3%,二者有显著差异(P<0.05);MRI7例中有2例系半月板变性,关节镜检查结果正常,故列为假阳性。作者认为运用实时超声诊断半月板损伤,除需注意操作技术外,仪器和探头的选择也很重要。

【Abstract】 The real time sonographic examinations were per formed in 52 patients with 53 meniscus lesions. Before arthroscopy, l3 patients were detected by the convers probe of EUB-40 and 40 patients were detected by the end-firing endo-probe of Aloka-650. Among them, 38 patients received arthrography and 7 patients received MRI exams. The results showed that sonography was optirnal if the high resolution scanner and probe were adopted. The accuracy rate of Aloka-650was 82. 5%, while the arthrography was only 55. 3%. The difference was significant (P<0. 05). We consider that goodscanner and probe as well as the sonographic operation skill is important in detection of meniscus lesions.
