高强度聚焦超声对香猪肝组织定位损伤的研究
The Orientated Injury Effects of High Intensity Focused Ultrasound upon Miniswine Liver Tissues
【摘要】 高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)能穿透组织.定位损伤生物体内目标组织。本文探讨了高强度聚焦超声对香猪在体肝组织定位损伤和对离体肝组织的生物学效应,建立了“高强度聚焦超声的生物学焦域”的新概念。结果显示:①HIFU能在B超指导下准确地损伤肝组织;②损伤范围与声强大小及辐照时间长短有关:③对超声所经过的各层组织无损伤。
【Abstract】 HIFU can pierce through tissues and orientatedly injure target tissues inside organisms. This article probed into the orientated injury effects of HIFU upon miniswine internal and external liver tissues and to establish a new conception of "biological focal field". The results revealed that 1. HIRU can accurately injure liver tissues under the guide of B-mode ultrasound device. 2. The injury has some thing to do with sound intensity and irradition time. 3. The different layer of tissues that ultrasound passed through remain not damaged.
