【摘要】 目的探讨环丙沙星对复治菌阳肺结核治疗效果,方法对复治菌阳肺结核病人采用环丙沙星联合抗结核治疗。结果 1.治疗组痰茵阴转率(87.1%)明显高于对照组(54.5%)(P<0.05)。2.治疗组因药物副作用退组26.2%,而对照组为43.1%。结论环丙沙星对复治茵阳肺结核治疗效果良好,副作用少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observasion of curative effect for Ciprofloxacin treating relapsing pulmonary tubercolusis (RPTB). Method The RPTB patients with sputum positive were treated with Ciprofloxacin combinated with other antituberculosis drugs. Results 1. The rate of the conversion negative in the therapy group (87.1%) was higher than that in the control group (54.5%) (P<0.05). 2. The incidence of side effect in the therapy group was 26.2% and that in the control group 43.1%. Conclusions The curative effect for Ciprofloxacion treating RPTB was better and the side effect is less.更多还原
