【摘要】 自1993年以来,北京市外来人口肺结核登记病例数逐年增加,1996年登记病人数是1993的2.6倍,1993年至1996午4年间登记的1881名外来人口肺结核病例主要来自河北、四川等8个结核病高发地区,80.5%的病人年龄在15～35岁之间,男性多于女性,786名菌阳病人中仅有73.2%的病人接受了治疗,并且这些病人管理困难,治愈率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tuberculosis cases registered in temporary residents in Beijing has been yearly increased since 1993. The number of cases of tuberculosis registered in 1996 were 2.6 times as many as that of 1993. There were 1 881 cases registered from 1993 to 1996 in temporary residents coming from high prevalence provinces in China, and, mostly were males and 15～35 years old. Only 73.2% of 786 bacteriologically confirmed cases received chemotherapy. The case holding was very difficult and the cure rate was very low.更多还原
