【摘要】 简述了新型金属陶瓷热电偶保护管的研制,论述了高温盐浴炉、铝液及铝电解槽、铜合金熔体以及连铸中间包钢液连续测温技术,探讨了钨铼热电偶在空气中的高温稳定性,指出其两极的稳定性在不同温度下是不同的,且体电阻与热电动势具有同时突变的特性,因此可用电阻的变化来预报钨铼热电偶的寿命。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of the novel metal ceramic protection tube of thermocouples is described in brief. The continuous temperature measuring technology for pyrogenic salt bath, liquid aluminium and alumiuium electrolyzer, copper alloy smelting substance as well as molten steel in intermediate casting ladle is discussed. The stability of W-Re thermocouple under high temperature is investigated. Also it is stated that the stability at the two ends underdifferent temperature are in difference, while the sudden change of the body resistance and the thermal electromotive force occur simultaneously. Thus the change of the resistance could be used to forecast the operation life of the thermocouples.更多还原
