【摘要】 在碘缺乏病重病区对育龄妇女孕前一次口服200mg、100mg 碘油丸或碘油微型胶囊后,利用双盲法观察了子代的身心发育状况,结果表明:1育龄妇女孕前一次口服200mg 碘油制剂后,其子代智力落后比例显著低于孕前一次口服100mg 碘油的育龄妇女所生子女和对照组;2体格和骨龄发育各项指标无显著性差异;3育龄妇女孕前口服碘油对其子代身心发育的影响受剂量的影响,不受剂型的影响;4由于目前我国已全面推行新的食盐加碘标准,这个剂量是否适当,或者有无必要补服碘油(特别是妊娠期妇女),尚待进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 After orally taking 200mg,100mg iodine oil capsule or minicapsule by bearing-age women before pregnancy in severe IDD regions where iodized salt was already supplied,we observed physical and Brain development condition of their filial generation by double-blind method.The results showed The intelli- gence retardation rate of the filial generation of the hearing-age women taking 200mg iodien oil is lower than that of taking 100mg iodine oil and control group;Physical development and skeleton age of the fil- ial generation have no significant difference;Iodine oil dosage but not preparation form has effects on the filial generation;As new iodine concentration criteria in salt have been widespreadly carried out in our country now,whether this dosage is enough or not,or whether the supplement of iodine oil is necessary or not(especially in pregnant women),needs to be further studied.更多还原
