齿式联接转子系统的对中故障机理与识别

【摘要】 讨论了由齿式联轴节联接的高速重载转子系统具有不对中时的频谱机理及其识别方法。指出在联轴节处于正常工作状态时其特征激励频率为转速频率的两倍,而处于“锁定”状态时其特征激励频率为转速频率。最后给出了用于识别和诊断不对中故障,判断其工作状态及类型的基本规则。

【Abstract】 Mechanism and recognition of the misaligment faults in a high speed and heavily loaded rotor system with gear couplings are discussed by using spectral analysis. Results show that the characteristic frequency of the system has twice the rotating speed of the rotor under normal working conditions of the couplings and is equal to the rotating speed of the rotor under locking conditions of the couplings. Finally some basic regulations for recognizing misalignment faults and types are established.
