长叶榧叶中对人体DNA多聚酶β的抑制成分
Inhibitors of Human DNA Polymerase βIsolated from Jack Torreya (Torreya jackii)
【摘要】 从长叶榧Torreyajackii叶中分得5种成分，经波谱分析及化学反应鉴定为二十烷醇（Ⅰ）、β-谷甾醇（Ⅱ）、反式璎珞柏酸（Ⅲ）、（＋）松脂素单甲醚（Ⅳ）和（＋）松脂素（Ⅴ），其中Ⅲ对人体DNA多聚酶β及白血病P388具有明显的抑制作用。
【Abstract】 Isolation and identification of cicosanol (Ⅰ), β-sitosterol (Ⅱ), trans-communic acid (Ⅲ), (＋)pinoresinol monomethyl ether (Ⅳ) and (＋) pinoresinol (Ⅴ) from the leave of Torreya jackii are reported.Compound Ⅲ showed strong inhibition of both human DNA polymerase β and P388 leukemia cell in vitro
