【摘要】 苦豆子中生物碱具有一定水溶性，用氯仿难以提取完全。笔者采用水或pH＝5．6的醋酸缓冲液作提取液，即将其中的生物碱转化成生物碱盐的方法，提取苦豆子中的生物碱。经DU－7紫外分光光度计测试，最大吸收波长为417nm，线性范围0～13μg／mL，变异系数0．65％，回收率：水提取为98．23％；醋酸缓冲液提取为98．72％，结果表明：测试数据准确，方法可行更多还原

【Abstract】 Alkaloids in Sophora alopecuroides L. were water soluble to a certain extent,but can not be completely extracted by chloroform. A method using water or acetic acid buffered water (pH = 5. 6)as extractant,after converting the alkaloids into their salts was studied. With the aid of a Du-7 UV-spectrophotometer,the maximum absorption wave length was found at 417 nm ;linear range within 0~13 μg/mL and variation coefficient 0. 65%. Recovery by water extraction was 98. 23 % and by acetic acid extraction was 98. 72%更多还原
