【摘要】 用HPLC对桔红止咳冲剂中的柚皮甙作了定量分析、样品用甲醇提取，在VarianKYWGC187μm（220min×4．6mm）柱上，用甲醇-1％醋酸（33：67）作流动相，各成分能很好分离，以标准曲线法测定了不同批号的10批样品中柚皮甙的含量、结果表明本法简便、快速、重视性好，测定回收率达100．1％，RSD为1．18％。更多还原

【Abstract】 Quantitative analysis of naringin in "Juhongzhike Chongji"was carried out by HPLC. Samples were extracted with methanol. An ODS column of Varian KYWG C₁₈ 7 μm （220×4. 6 mm ） and mobile phase methanol-1 % acetic acid （33: 67）were etnployed. Calibration curve method was used to determined the contents of naringin in ten samples.Results showed that the method is simple,quick and reproducible. The recovery was 100. 1% and RSD 1. 18%.更多还原
