【Abstract】 Eleven compounds were isolated from the whole herb of Phyllanthus urinaria L. On the basis of spectroscopic analysis (UV, IR, 1H, 13CNMR,MS)and physicouchemical properties, seven of them were identified as 6rsitosterol (Ⅰ), ellagic acitl (Ⅱ), daucosterol (Ⅲ), quercetin (Ⅳ), gallic acid (Ⅴ), brevifolin (Ⅵ)and rutin(Ⅶ).
