【摘要】 中药复方治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效显著，为探讨该制剂的作用机理，本文采用造血祖细胞体外培养法观察了该制剂对再障病人骨髓粒系、红系造血祖细胞体外增殖的影响，结果表明：该制剂在0．01～10μg／ml浓度范围内与细胞因子（GM－CSF或EPO）协同作用能促进再障骨髓CFU—GM、CFU—E和BFU—E的集落形成，作用高峰在10μg／ml浓度，当超过10μg／ml时，集落数量增加不明显（P＞0.05），单独应用该制剂时无集落形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 The composed prescription of traditional Chinese materia medica-Gubenshengxue Pills showed significantly clinical curative effect on chronic aplastic anemia. To inquire its mechanism the effects of this preparation on proliferation in vitro of hematoblast cell in bone marrow granule system and red system of aplastic anemiq patients. As a result,in the concentration range of 0. 01~10μg/ml,this preparation showed a spoergism with GM-CSF or EPO:to promote the colony formation of CFU-GM,CFU-E and BFU-E of hematopoietic bone marrow. The preparation could show the strongest action when its concentration was up to 10μg/ml, little increasing in colony number when the concentration was over 10μg/ml, and no colony formation observed when preparation was used singly.更多还原
