【摘要】 运用细胞原位杂交的方法 ,对 16例寻常性银屑病患者及 10例正常人皮肤中原癌基因 Ki-ras的表达进行了观察。结果表明 ,Ki- ras在所有被检测的表皮中均有表达 ,而在银屑病皮损表皮中的表达高于正常人对照 ( P<0 .0 1)。提示原癌基因 Ki- ras可能在银屑病表皮细胞的增殖中起重要作用更多还原

【Abstract】 By means of cell in situ hybridization we carefully observed the expression of Ki- ras protooncogene in sixteen cases with psoriasis vulgaris and ten normal controls.Our results showed that Ki- ras pro- tooncogene was expressed in all epidermis.The expression in psoriatic lessions was higher than that in normal skin( P<0 .0 1) .It indicated that Ki- ras protooncogene may play an important role in the prolif- eration of psoriatic epidermis.更多还原
