微波辐射下有机碲氧化物催化合成α,β-不饱和腈、腈酯
A FACILE SYNTHESIS OF α,β-UNSATURATED NITRILES,CYANOESTERS CATALYZED BY BIS(p-METHOXYPHENYL)TELLUROXIDE UNDER MICROWAVE IRRADIATION
【摘要】 以双对-甲氧苯基氧化碲(BMPTO)作催化剂,在微波辐射下合成α,β-不饱和腈、腈酯,产率达76%~95%,讨论了微波辐射、BMPTO 用量对该反应的影响.
【Abstract】 Some α,β-unsaturated nitriles and cyanoesters were synthesized by condensation of the substituted benzaldehydes with active methylene compounds in the presence of bis(p-methoxy-phenyl) telluroxide(BMPTO)as catalyst under microwave irradiation.This is a rapid organic synthetic method with the yield 76%~95%.The effect of microwave and amount of BMPTO on the reaction was studied.
