溴化钠和过硫酸钾催化下马来酸单甲酯的构型转化反应
Isomerization of Monomethyl Maleate Catalyzed by the Combination of Sodium Bromide and Potassium Persulfate
【摘要】 目的:探讨溴化钠和过硫酸钾催化下马来酸单甲酯的构型转化反应。方法:选择不同的反应条件,观察对马来酸单甲酯构型转化反应的影响。结果:当马来酸单甲酯的浓度约为50%,溴化钠和过硫酸钾的用量分别为0.5%和1.5%(依据马来酸单甲酯计算),反应时间为60min时,马来酸单甲酯构型转化反应的产率最高。结论:溴化钠和过硫酸钾催化下的马来酸单甲酯构型转化反应具催化剂用量少,反应时间短,产率高等优点。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the isomerization of monomethyl maleate catalyzed by the combination of NaBr and K2S2O8.Methods:Effects on the isomerization were determined in different reaction conditions.Results:The greatest yield of isomerization was obtained when monomethyl maleate at a concentration of 50% reacted for 60 minutes with NaBr and K2S2O8 weighing 0.5% and 1.5% of the monomethyl maleate respectively.Conclusion:The isomerization of monomethyl maleate catalyzed by the combination NaBr and K2S2O8 has the advantages of small consumption,short reaction time and high yield.
