【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the morphologic change of apoptosis in cell cultivation.Methods:Suspension slides of murine thymocytes cultured at temperature of 4 ℃ and trypan blue and then observed under a light microscope at different time.Results:Morphologic changes of apoptosis nuclei,especially the apoptosis bodies,could be detected under a light microscope.Conclusions:Apoptosis can be indentified depending on the typical changes in nuclear forms with an optical microscope.更多还原
