不结球白菜主要品质性状遗传效应分析
Analysis of Genetic Effects of Some Nutrient Quality Characters in Non heading Chinese Cabbage
【摘要】 采用不结球白菜营养成分含量差异显著的5个亲本进行完全双列杂交,对其干物质、粗纤维、维生素C、有机酸、可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖等含量的遗传效应进行分析。结果表明:干物质、粗纤维、维生素C、有机酸、可溶性蛋白质的含量均适合“加性—显性”的遗传模型,加性效应占主导地位,显性效应居次要地位。平均显性度均为部分显性,显性方向为减效。可溶性糖表现为明显的超中优势,其它性状的杂种优势不明显。干物质、粗纤维、维生素C、有机酸、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖等含量的狭义遗传力分别为90.1%、84.2%、82.9%、75.1%、67.3%和27.9%。
【Abstract】 Genetic effects of dry weight,crude fibre,vitamine C,organic acid,soluble protein and soluble sugar contents in non heading Chinese cabbage (Brassica campestris ssp. chinensis Makino)were analysed on the data from a set of 5×5 diallel crosses. The results showed that the additive dominance modle was perfectly adequate for the genetic analysis of dry weight,crude fibre,vitamine C,organic acid,soluble protein contents and the additive effect was more important than dominant effect. Their average dominance degree were partial dominance that tended to decreased their contents. Soluble sugar contents showed postive heterosis but other traits were insignificant. The estimated of narrow heritability of dry weight,crude fibre,vitamine C,organic acid,soluble protein and soluble sugar contents were 90.1%,84.2%,82.9%,75.1%,67.3% and 27.9%,respectively. The relative problems on the high quality breeding were disscused in the paper.
