【Abstract】 We report have a new mode of TeO₂ acousto-optic deflector with rotated optical incident plane, which means that the optical vector k lies in the [110]-z’ plane, obtained from the [110]-[001]plane through a rotation around the [110]axis with a small angle.This device has high diffraction efficiency and improved dynamic range compared with the conventional TeO₂ deflector.更多还原
