木糖发酵生产木糖醇的酵母菌筛选初报

【Abstract】 In this paper, the characteristics of xylitol production from xylose fermentation by six strains were studied. A strain was screened and it could highly produce xylitol. 92% of xylitol yield from xylose was obtained when 15 % xylose, peptone and other materials were added.更多还原
