【Abstract】 This paper studies the focusing characteristics of Gauss beam passing through zone plate based on the characteristics of zone plate. The misadjusting parameter of the misadjusted telescopic system is used to adjust the focusing posit ion of outgoing beam. The places of focusing point and the sizes of light spot are described. At last, the focusing characteristics of zone plate working on Gauss beam are discussed.更多还原
