【摘要】 利用Delphi专家咨询法,对部分大型医疗设备的标准成本进行了测算和分析,认为影响成本的主要因素是设备的折旧年限、维修费提成率、工作量和材料费。建议医院在配备大型医疗设备时应充分考虑医院的实际情况及社区规划,进行合理配置,同时应加强对设备的分类管理,制定合理的折旧年限和维修费提成率,以保证设备的正常、经济、有效地运转。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the management and use of a part of large medical equipments , the article discusses : how to rationally determine the equipments’ depreciation year number and maintenance expenses; improve management support system through management capacity building;fully bring out latent potentialitise and use value in raising clinical service quality , especially in certain types of cases ; on the other hand , however , adapt the disposition of such equipments to the program of local community and the condition of local hospital.更多还原
