从核基质结构的发现谈起

【摘要】 核基质是一种重要的细胞亚核结构。它的功能广泛涉及核内各种重要的细胞事件。本文以核基质发现的背景为体裁,论述了早年人们研究核基质所走过的弯路。这种现象的出现一方面与当时的研究思路和研究方法有关;另方面也与当时的生物学发展历史背景有关。要取得出色的研究成果,科学家们不仅需要扎实的理论知识和运用自如的实验功底,而且需要良好的心理素质和及时地吸收先进科技成果的能力。

【Abstract】 Nuclear matrix is a fibril network in cellular nuclei.In early 1960’s,the concept of nuclear matrix was proposed,peoples didn’t accept it.Nuclear matrix was commonly accepted after 1974 when Berenzey and Coffey first proposed the concept of nuclear matrix system,because they provided full date of which they had systematically researched the structure and function of nuclear matrix.The cause of which the research of nuclear matrix was slowly developed in past more 20 years was that chromatin and nuclear acid became a center project in life science and that many cellular biologists changed the attention to molecular biology.With the fast development of molecular biological methods,these methods were wildly used in other subject.Peoples found that the nuclear matrix was associated with many important events in nuclei.The function of nuclear matrix was widely involved in DNA replication,RNA transcription and modification,regulation of gene expression,and so on.Nuclear matrix has become one of the most important project in life science.
