【Abstract】 Tumor growth is angiogenesis dependent.As the knowledge of angiogenesis accumulated,antiangiogenesis therapy of solid tumor is becoming practical reality.This therapeutic strategy is quite different from the traditional therapeutic strategies,because it is the interstitium of tumor to be the target of therapy.Potent angiogenesis inhibitors without obvious toxicities are necessary in the application of this strategy.The principal theories,development process and clinical applications of antiangiogenesis therapy are analyzed in this paper.更多还原
