【摘要】 本文报告了26例卵巢肿块的CT表现。良性病变:绝大部分为囊性,密度均匀,边界清,囊壁以及分隔薄而规则,无壁结节;少部分为实性、均匀密度的软组织肿块。恶性病变:一般为实性或囊实性,密度不均匀,实性部分可见不规则坏死灶;少部分为囊性,密度不均匀,囊壁以及分隔厚而不规则,并见软组织结节。结合文献分析了CT对卵巢肿块的诊断价值和限度。更多还原

【Abstract】 The CT findings of 26 cases with ovarian masses were analyzed. It was showed that the benign masses were almost cystic with homogeneous water attenuation, well "defined border, thin and regular wall and septa without vegetation, some of them were solid and homogeneous. The malignant tumors appeared almost solid or cystic-solid mass with heterogeneous density. The solid portion contained irregular hypodensity lesion related to necrosis. Some of malignant tumors were cystic with heterogeneous density. The wall and septa of malignant tumors were thick and irregular with vegetation. The value and limitation of CT diagnosis of ovarian mass were discussed.更多还原
