【摘要】 作者应用海螺状与螺旋球形记忆血管栓塞器(简称:NT—CRE)对10例患者进行了动脉栓塞治疗,其中肝动脉栓塞3例,肾动脉栓塞6例,脾动脉分支栓塞1例。所有病例均取得了较为满意的疗效,无一例发生栓塞后综合症以外的并发症。用本法栓塞的10条靶动脉内径为2.6～7.8mm,血流阻断时间为8～25分钟。并对典型病例作了介绍。更多还原

【Abstract】 The arteries of 10 patients were embolized with Nitinol Arterioem-bolizer in Conical Spiral and Rugby Spiral Forms (NT-CRE), among them 3 cases of hepatic artery. 6 cases of renal artery and 1 case of splenic artery were included. The internal diameter of the embolized arteries was 2. 6-7. 8mm and blood stream was obstructed for 8-25 minutes after delivery of NT-CRE. Satisfactory result was obtained in all cases and one typical cases was described in detail. There was no any other campli-cation except post-embolization syndrome.更多还原
