【摘要】 用10种识别人白细胞分化抗原的单克隆抗体对33例经形态学诊断的急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿进行免疫分型，比较和分析急性淋巴细胞白血病的某些免疫表型之间的临床表现和预后。结果显示免疫分型与形态学分型基本一致，而且比形态学分型更完善。提示细胞表面标记分析具有临床鉴别意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Ten kinds of monoclonal antibodies detecting antigens expressed by human white blood cells were used to make immunophenotype for 33 cases of acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia determind by morphology. Immunophenotype is basically consistent with morphology, and it is more perfect than morphoIogy.
