【摘要】 心阻抗血流图目前已在我国广泛应用，并不断取得进展。使用心搏量公式的计算结果评价心功能，是心阻抗血流图的重要应用方向之一。本文从作为Ｋｕｂｉｃｅｋ心搏量公式理论基础的并联阻抗模型和Ｎｙｂｏｅｒ公式开始，对Ｋｕｂｉｃｅｋ公式进行了讨论。并提出了在临床应用现状的条件下，应特别注意影响心搏量计算结果的两个问题：基础阻抗值Ｚ０的影响和血液电阻率ρ不变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Impedance cardiogram has been widely used in China and made continuing progress.Using the SV formula to evaluate stroke volume and cardiac function is one of important application fields of impedance cardiogram. Starting from Nyboer formula which is theortical basis of Kubicek formula,this paper discussed the problems of Kubicek SV formula,and suggested that under the condition of current clinical application,2 points,which affect the measurement result of SV formula,should be pay attention to:the effect of the base impedance Z 0 and fixed resistivity of blood ρ.更多还原
