地榆对家兔血液流变学的影响

【摘要】 将健康短毛家兔46只随机分为2组,第1组为地榆组,24只;第2组为空白对照组,22只。将第1组家兔灌服地榆药液,剂量为20ml/kg,连续两天早晚各1次;第2组灌服等量的生理盐水。第3天早晨8时从家兔心脏取血约30ml,经抗凝后进行全血粘度、血浆粘度、血细胞压积的测定。结果表明,地榆组的全血粘度、血细胞压积与空白对照组相比均有明显增大(P<0.01)。提示:地榆使血液中红细胞百分比含量增高,造成集轴现象中外周血浆层厚度减少,导致全血粘度升高,从而起到止血之功效。

【Abstract】 Forty six healthy short hair rabbits were divided into two groups at random.There were 24 rabbits in the first group and 22 rabbits in the second group.The rabbits in the first group were poured with 20ml/kg of Radix sanguisorbae liquid once in the morning and once in the evening and equal volume of saline was poured in the second group at the same time in two days. About 30ml blood was drawn from each rabbit at 8:00 in the third day.The whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit were measured by the capilary viscometer and et al.The result showed that the whole blood viscosity and hematocrit of the Radix sanguisorbae group,i.e.the first group were obviously higher than those of the blank control group,i.e.the second group (P<0.01). It is point out that Radix sanguisorbae can raise the blood plasma percentage in blood which lead to the movement of hemocytes to the axis,reduce the outside thickness of blood plasma layer and raise whloe blood viscosity,thus hemostyptic effect is acheived.
