【摘要】 1996年7～8月对武汉地区27所不同类别的医院门诊就诊者进行问卷调查。调查结果表明，健康状况对心理定位的影响较为局限；健康状况较好者更多持投资健康是合理的观点；健康状况较差对进一步的医疗改革的心理准备度差；较多的健康状况差者不认为国家将提供最起码的医疗保障；1／3的被调查者对医疗保障体制改革的措施有较大的抵触。政府部门应加强此方面的宣传力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 We investigated clinical clients from 27 hospitales in wuhan area. 1311 questionaires were sent out and 1270 taken back. Reserving percentage is 96. 8%. The resultshowed that the influence of body,s health type for the mental state was limited: The viewabout investing health－－self than the poor health; The poor health people have little expectation of medical system reformation and most of them don’t taked for giving essontial healthinsurance by the state: One third of the clinical clients has the contradicting emotion to thereformation of medical insurance system. The state must strengthen publicity about reformation of the health insurance system.更多还原
