【摘要】 湖北省1991～1995年共报告AFP病例418例，确诊髓灰质炎78例，排除非脊灰AFP．病例340例．脊灰发病率波动在0．01～0．06／10万之间．已确诊的78例脊髓灰质炎病例，发病年龄全部集中在2岁以下的儿童，占发病总数的84．6％．通过落实报病奖励，标本采集，送检经费及开展联合监测等多项措施，使1995年AFP报告发病率达了1／10万的指标．更多还原

【Abstract】 418 cases of acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) were reported in Hubei province.Of the 418 cases, 78 were confirmed as poliomylities and 340 were discarded. The incidenceof polio ranged from 0. 01 to 0. 06 pr hundred thousand. The age of the 78 confirmed caseswere all under 2 years old, making up 84. 4% of the total poliomylities cases. The rate ofAFP reporting had been reached 1 per hundred thousand after solving the funds for case－－reporting speciman collection and detection. and joint surveillance in 1995.更多还原
