【Abstract】 The medicine acting on inflammatory immune response involves three classes:steroidal antiinflammatory immunity drugs, non steroidal antiinflammatory immunity drugs and disease modifying drugs.This article reviews their pharmacologic actions and mechanisms,introduces some new thoughts about developing the disease modifying drugs according to the relation between inflammatory immune diseases and apoptosis, nitric oxide or T cell subtype, and discusses the trend of finding out new drugs from bacteria and their metabolite, cytokines and their antagonist, neuro endocrine substances and Chinese traditional herbs.更多还原
