【摘要】 本文报告60例药物滥用致死尸体形态学改变。对20例盐酸二氢埃托啡(DHE)与安痛定(anileridine)混用者(简称D +A组)、20例DHE单用者(简称D组)和20例海洛因(heroin)单用者(简称H组)进行尸体形态学研究 ,结果表明 :(1)以上三组均有尸斑显著、口鼻泡沫分泌物、唇甲青紫和注射部位有新旧不一的感染等尸体改变 ,但以D +A组和D组的改变更为显著 ,与H组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01) ;(2)腓肠肌和咬肌僵硬隆起改变只出现于D +A组和D组 ,是DHE滥用的特征性尸体改变 ;(3)三组均未检见药物滥用所致的瞳孔缩小改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present paper reports 60 cases of cadavers’ morphological changes in drug addicts. To identify the morphological changes and obtain the convincing arguments,60 cases of cadavers were divided into 3 groups and all the experimental data were statistically treated. The groups are as follows:20 cases using DHE mixed with aniteridine(Group D+A),20 cases using DHE only (Group D) and 20 cases using heroin only (Group H). The results showed that:(1) the significant livor mortis, the foamy secretion of mouth and nose, cyanosis of lips and ungues and the injected olcus infection appeared in all 3 groups, but the changes were even more remarkable in Group D+A and Group D, which possessed the significant difference compared with Group H (P<0.01); (2) musculus gastrocnemius and musculus masseter stiff eminence appeared only in Group D+A and Group D and could betaken as the characteristics of morphological changes in the cadavers of DHE induced death;(3) no changes of myosis caused by drug addiction were found in all the cadavers of 3 groups in the examination.更多还原
