【摘要】 对６４５例（６４９眼）外伤性白内障施行囊外摘除或晶体切除并一期或二期后房型人工晶体植入术。随访１月－４年，视力０．５以上７３．５％。本文并对外伤性白内障的手术特点和联合手术如：穿透性角膜移植、囊外摘除及人工晶体植入，保留前囊的晶体切除、玻璃体切除及人工晶体植入，囊外摘除、玻璃体切除、异物摘除及人工晶体植入等手术的方法进行了讨论，认为正确选择手术方式和手术时机对提高手术成功率具有重要意义，联合手术可以使病人尽快恢复视力。更多还原

【Abstract】 645 cases (649 eyes) of traumatic cataract were per- formed extracapsular cataract extraction or lensectormy followed by primary or secondary implantation of posterior chamber IOL or suture fixation. Followed up 1 months to 4 years, Postoperation vision was 0.5 or better in 73.5%. It were discussed that the secitic feature of traumatic cataract operation and the methods of combined operation such as penetrating keratoptasy、 extracapsular extraction and IOL implantation; vit- rectomg、Lensectomg from bond by leaving the anterior cap- sule and IOL implantation; extrcapsular extraction 、 vitrectomg intraocular foreigh body extraction and IOL implantation. The correct Selection of operative methods and perative opportunity is significant in increasing the success the of operation.
