【摘要】 报告104例206眼放射状角膜切开术后2年散光的变化。术前平均散光0．81D，术后1周、1月、3月，6月、1年、2年平均散光依次为1．23D、123D、0．94D、0．87D和0．82D。术后2年散光增加者56眼（27．2％），下降45眼（21．8％），不变105眼（51％）。循规性散光术前平均0．84D，术后0．78D；反规性散光术前平均0．74D，术后1．10D。术后散光变化与术前散光轴向、术中微穿孔，切口深度不等及切口不均有关，而与术前屈光度及年龄无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Radial Keratotomy were performed on 104 cases (206eyes ) of myopia and follewed up for 2 yare. Before operation,the mean astigmatism was 0. 81D. 1 week, 1 month, 3 months,6 months, 1 year and 2 years after operation, the mean astigmatism was 1. 23D, 1. 21D, 0. 94D, 0. 93D, 0. 87D, and 0. 82D, respectively. 56 eyes (27. 2%) astigmatism increased,45 eyes(21. 8% ) decreased and 105 eyes(51 % )unchanged. Before operation, with rule astigmatism was 0. 84D and against rule astigmatism was 0. 74D; They were 0. 78D and 1. 10D respectively after operation. Astigmatic change was related to astigmatic axis, corneal micro-perforation, various depths of incisions and irredular incisions. But it was unrelated to refortive errors and age.更多还原
