【摘要】 采用复方樟柳碱对20例挫伤性视神经病变进行治疗观察，并与20例传统用药的同种病例作疗效对比分析。视力的恢复观察组较对照组平均提高近3行；眼底病变的恢复较对照组提前1周；视野的恢复较对照组多25％；电生理的恢复优于对照组，t检验有高度显著性差异。显示复方樟柳碱优于传统用药的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 20 cases of contusive optic neuropathy were treated with compound anisodin and were compared with other 20 cases of the same disease treated with traditional method. The reconversion of visual acuity in the observed group was 3 lines higher than that in the control group,the reconversion of fundus disorders in 1he observed group was one week earlier than that in the control group, the reconversion of visual field in the observed group was larg er 25% than that in the control group, and the reconver sion of electrophhysiology in the observed group was better than that in the control group, there was manifestative differance by t-test. These showed that the effectiveness of compound anisodin was better than that of traditional method.更多还原
