角膜碱烧伤自由基与超氧化物歧化酶实验研究

【摘要】 实验观察兔角膜碱烧伤后角膜组织中脂质过氧化反应与碱烧伤的关系。结果显示,烧伤3天、14天出现角膜中丙二醛含量明显高于正常角膜,P<0.05。此期内,角膜组织中超氧化物歧化酶活性显著下降,P<0.01。提示,烧伤后超氧自由基及其代谢产物是造成碱烧伤后组织病理损伤的主要因素之一,超氧化物歧化酶活性相应降低,进一步加重自由基对组织的损伤。

【Abstract】 Malondialdehyde (MDA) and Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) in the rabbit cornea were investigated after alkali burns. The result showld that the MDA in the cornea was increased significantly on 3 and 14 day after alkali burn,compared with that in normal cornea P<0. 05. The activity of SOD in the cornea was obviously decreased on 3 and 14 day after alkali burn, P<0. 01. It is suggested that free radical and it is metabolic products may be one of patho-genic factors which involve in the damage of the tissue of the eye after alkali burns. Effective treatment for the alkali burned cornea were also required depending upon former thesis.
