离子型温度敏感性水凝胶的溶胀性能及其在蛋白质溶液浓缩上的应用
The Swelling Characteristics of Ionic Temperature-Sensitive Hydrogel and the Application for Protein Solution Concentration
【摘要】 合成离子型温度敏感性水凝胶共聚物 (丙烯酰胺 -丙烯酸 ) ,通过正交试验法研究共聚单体浓度与溶胀性能的关系。并研究了 p H、丙酮浓度、Ca2 +浓度等因素对其溶胀性能的影响以及该水凝胶在蛋白质稀溶液浓缩上的应用。
【Abstract】 Copoly (acrylamide acrylic acid) which is a kind of ionic temperature sensitive hydrogel was sythesixed The relationship between comonomer concentration and swelling property was studied by orthogonal test Some factors affecting the swlling property and the application of the hydrogel for concentation of protein aqueous solution were studied
