高效液相色谱法同时测定氟康唑滴眼液中二组分的含量
Simultaneous HPLC Determination of 2Components in Fluconazole Eyes Drops
【摘要】 用高效液相色谱法,以对氨基苯甲酸为内标,以MICROSORB—MVC18为固定相,甲醇—水(6535)为流动相,同时测定(λ=261nm)氟康唑滴眼液中氟康唑和苯氧乙醇的含量,方法简便、快速、准确。各组分与内标具有良好的线性关系和分离度,平均回收率(n=5):氟康唑100.1%(RSD=0.43%);苯氧乙醇98.38%(RSD=0.89%)。
【Abstract】 Fluconazole and phenoxyethyl alcohol in fluconazole eyedrops were separated and assayed by HPLC(λ=261nm),using a MICROSORB—MV C 18 column,a mixture of methanol water(65∶35)as mobile phase and p-aminobenzoic acid as internal standard.The method is simple,rapid and accurate.The components have good linear relationship and resolution with average recovery(n=5):100 1% for fluconazole(RSD=0 43%);98 38% for phenoxyethyl alcohol(RSD=0 89%).
