【摘要】 用高效液相色谱法，以对氨基苯甲酸为内标，以ＭＩＣＲＯＳＯＲＢ—ＭＶＣ１８为固定相，甲醇—水（６５３５）为流动相，同时测定（λ＝２６１ｎｍ）氟康唑滴眼液中氟康唑和苯氧乙醇的含量，方法简便、快速、准确。各组分与内标具有良好的线性关系和分离度，平均回收率（ｎ＝５）：氟康唑１００．１％（ＲＳＤ＝０．４３％）；苯氧乙醇９８．３８％（ＲＳＤ＝０．８９％）。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fluconazole and phenoxyethyl alcohol in fluconazole eyedrops were separated and assayed by HPLC(λ=261nm),using a MICROSORB—MV C 18 column,a mixture of methanol water(65∶35)as mobile phase and p-aminobenzoic acid as internal standard.The method is simple,rapid and accurate.The components have good linear relationship and resolution with average recovery(n=5):100 1% for fluconazole(RSD=0 43%);98 38% for phenoxyethyl alcohol(RSD=0 89%).更多还原
