新型防腐剂富马酸二甲酯的合成
Synthesis of a New-type Anticeptics—Dimethyl Fumarte
【摘要】 本文研究了以一种强酸性物质为主催化剂、另一种弱碱性物质为助催化剂,使马耒酸酐和甲醇在同一反应器内发生酯化、异构化反应合成富马酸二甲酯的新方法。该方法操作简便,反应时间短(2.5h)产品收率高(>90%)生产成本低,产品质量完全达到食品防腐剂的要求
【Abstract】 This dissertation deals with a new method that Dimethyl Fumarte is synthetized with a strong alid as the main catalyst and a weak base as the secondary one so that maleic anhydride and methanol are esterified as well as isomerized in the same reaetion container.This method is easy to use.The time for reaction is short(2.5h).Rate of products is high(>90%).Production cost is low.Aad the quality of produets completely reaches the requirements of food anticeptics.
