【Abstract】 Contents of amino acids and trace elements in the Snow Cock (Tetraogallus spp.) meat were analysed. Results indicated a rich amino acid content with the total of 17 kinds up to 22.21%, and2.34% higher of in captivity than in the wild. In terms the 4 trace elements (Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn),no significant difference was found between captive and wild Snow Cocks.更多还原
