【Abstract】 Actinidia chinensis fruits were treated with calcium at postharvest peri-od. Various concentrations of calcium treatments preserved a high content of reductive vitamin C and reducing sugar, and reduced the polygalacturonase activity, and thus de-layed the decayed fruits and retained their good quality.更多还原
