【Abstract】 To solve the problem of refinery’s discharged water, the refineryadopted a series of measures,such as improving sewage treating methodology,applyingnew technology and equipment and enhancing up-stream administration to reduce shockaccidents. These effects have kept the qualification rate of discharged water on treatingsite over 90% and the sewage recycling rate over 30% in recent years.
