铜合金冷态流动应力数学模型
MATHEMATIAL MODEL OF FLOW STRESS FOR COPPER ALLOY UNDER COLD CONDITION
【摘要】 自行设计,制作平面应变压缩试验装置,对生产现场采集的两个品种的铜合金进行压缩实验,测定冷变形时的流动应力;通过对8种结构形式的流动应力数学模型的分析和比较,分析各种变形条件对流动应力的影响,获得结构简单,计算精度高,适合于现场计算机在线控制使用的数学模型。
【Abstract】 The compression test of two copper alloys is carried out by means of a self-designed and self-made plain strain compression instrument The flow stress is measured under cold deformation Eight types of mathematical models of flow stress are analyzed and compared The effect of deformation conditions on flow stress is discussed The best mathematical model of flow stress with simple construction and high accuracy is obtained The model is suited for application in on-line control of computers
