【Abstract】 As the centre of medicinal plant, genus Astragalas, Yunnan is rich in medicinal plant resources. There are two kinds of standard Astragalas, five kinds of substitute and thirteen kinds of local usage. and there is also one kind of standard Semen Astragali complanati, one kind of substitute and another kind of local usage. In this paper this genus medicinal plant has been discussed in terms of species diversity, and their subgenus, grade of sections, special medicinal plant of the same section have been studied. some laws have been discovered.
