【摘要】 目的 观察党参、白芨、制大黄及其配伍对实验性大鼠胃溃疡的作用。方法 采用无水乙醇致胃粘膜损伤，幽门结扎诱发胃溃疡和乙酸诱发慢性胃溃疡三种模型，观察党参、白芨、制大黄及配伍对溃疡、指数胃分泌、胃壁粘液量和胃粘膜血流量的影响。结果与结论 三药及其配伍均不同程度地降低了三种模型的溃疡指数，复方疗效好于党参；且三药及其复方不同程度地增加了胃壁粘液分泌量和胃粘膜血流量。影响胃壁粘液分泌和胃粘膜血流量可能是其作用的原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: and Methods Effects of codonoposis pilosula, bletilla, striata prepared rheum pair turn and their formula respectively on experimental ulcer model induced by ethanol, uhcermodel induced by pylorus-ligation and chronic ulcer model induced by ethanoic acid in t were observed, and the amount of gastric secretion, gastric mucus and mucosa blood flow also determined to provide clues to evaluation of their effects. Result The results showed that the drugs and their formula respectively decreased the idexes of ulcer in different models to varying degree, and that they increased the amount of gastric mucus and gastric muscosa blood flow. Conclusion Drugs have better cruative effect for gastric ulcer, and the effect may partly result from their influences on the mucus secretion and gastric mucosa blood flow更多还原
