【摘要】 目的实验观察地塞米松（ｄｅｘａｍｅｔｈａｓｏｎｅ，ＤＸＭ）注入家兔眼前房的不良反应。方法将３０只兔右眼前房注入ＤＸＭ０．２ｍｌ（含０．２ｍｇ），左眼前房注入ＢＳＳ液作对照，术后观察角膜及前房的反应。结果试验组的眼角膜及前房反应明显高于对照组。结论结合ＤＸＭ的药剂学资料，认为使用不纯的ＤＸＭ制剂作眼内注射是不安全的。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo determine whether intracameral injection of dexamethasone(DXM) may have a toxic effect.Methods0.2ml(contain 0.4mg) DXM was injected into the right anterior chambers of 30 rabbits.BSS solution as the control was injected into the left eyes.The reaction of the cornea and anterior chamber were investigated after operation.ResultsThe reactions of the cornea and anterior chamber in the test groups were more than those on the control groups.ConclusionBased on pharmaceatical data of DXM,it is suggested that intracameral injection of DXM is unsafe.更多还原
